TAGT Welcomes New Staff Member

TAGT welcomes Paulina van Eeden Hill to our staff as the Director of Events and Professional Development. In this role, Paulina is responsible for the management of all association events and professional development strategies. 
TAGT welcomes Paulina van Eeden Hill to the our staff as the Director of Events and Professional Development. In this role, Paulina is responsible for the management of all association events and professional development strategies. This includes planning, scheduling, contracting, staff operations, and exhibit management related to all TAGT conferences and meetings. Additionally, she will work to develop programming and educational functions, as well as oversee content delivery and curation.
 
Most recently, Paulina served as the Convention Experience Designer for the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB).  Prior to working with TASB, she served as the Events Manager with Texas PTA.  She brings energy, creativity and past involvement with non-traditional learning environments focused on increasing participation and elevating association member experience.
 
Paulina is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's of Science in Communication Studies. She is an active member of the Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE) and was selected for the Leadership TSAE program in 2015. She has been recognized by Meeting Professionals International Texas Hill Country Chapter (MPI-THCC) with multiple awards, including Rising Star in 2010.
 
Paulina resides in South Austin with her husband, Justin, and son, Porter. She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and loves to cook and pursue passions related to an active, healthy lifestyle.
