We believe a student learns best by “going there,” by “doing it” and by “living the experience.” Adventures in Learning has developed Team Quest products to specifically meet the needs of gifted and talented students.

Education in Action was incorporated by Texas social studies teachers dedicated to actively involving students in learning Texas history, geography, government and citizenship. This organization was formed to support the Texas education system. In order to accomplish this goal, all programs have been created based on content in the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills established by the Texas Education Agency.

TAMSTexas Academy of Mathematics and Science

The Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science (TAMS) is a unique residential program for high school-aged Texas students who are high achievers and interested in mathematics and science. While living in McConnell Hall, students in this two-year program complete a rigorous academic curriculum of college coursework at the University of North Texas (UNT). Instruction is by regular university faculty. There are no high school courses taught, but students enjoy many of the activities of high school and the company of age mates who are intellectual peers.
