Representative Guillen and his staff are working with the Legislative Council on a Committee Substitute that will incorporate the suggested language TAGT and Gifted Education Family Network provided to their office. It is standard for a bill to be heard and left pending in committee with a pending Committee Substitute. In this case, the author is amending the bill and will work with the committee to vote it out.
