More about the New Texas State Plan Summit:
Let’s get real: The new Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented Students introduces plenty of new obstacles and opportunities for everyone leading and coordinating gifted education programs. This special summit will help you dig into two important sections of the new State Plan, Student Assessment and Fidelity of Services, in an interactive workshop led by fellow district leaders and members of the TAGT HB3/State Plan Task Force. Learn more about the opportunities and challenges you need to be aware of within these sections, work with other practitioners to develop tools and templates you need to be successful, and walk away with leverage and talking points you can share with your district to ensure you are creating exemplary programs and services for your G/T students.
